Thanks everyone for the advice. I know my hair is going to eventually come back, but it constantly reminds me of my bad decisions. However, I am happy that I managed to gain weight. :) All the weight is mostly on my stomach, but it will eventually even out.

@richardgavel thanks. I haven't thought about resenting my calorie goal. I probably need to change it.

I would recommend eating instead of drinking before bed. I find that drinking right before bed disturbs my sleep. I personally like to eat apple slices with peanut butter or pretzels with Nutella. Also I find that a yogurt before bed is quite relaxing and soothes my stomach. You can even try frozen yogurt.

I know the feeling. You just have to force yourself to eat proper meals. Make a plan for yourself. Also add healthy and calorie dense snacks. Also calorie dense drinks, like protein drinks, milkshakes, and smoothies, help.

Any suggestions for getting started with resistance training? I do have a gym membership; however, I usually just go on the eliptical.

Lol Thanks guys, I just felt like I did something bad to my body. (Since I had such a big stomach ache). However I feel better now. Maybe I need to be less uptight and just binge.

Thanks guys, just new to this process. Until recently I have never tracked my weight.

Btw I also realized that the source of my weight loss after speaking to my nutritionist is eating too healthy and being more active than I thought. It took me much too long to realize that I was taking in so little calories. Also after tracking my walking, I realized that I was burning more calories than I thought. Ugh I…

Hi guys again, I recently went to go see a nutritionist. I also made appointments for follow ups. She helped me make a meal plan so that I can work on gaining weight. She said my ideal weight ranges from 99-115 pounds. (I have a small frame.) I am striving to gain .5 to 1 pound a week. My diet will now consist of healthy…

Thank you everybody for your responses. For those curious, after visiting my parents I have realized that I badly need to gain at least 5 pounds and need to adjust my eating habits. That is why I am seeking help. I am pretty sure that the source of my scary weight is depression after recently relocating to a new city away…

I would use sugar but just in moderation. However, I find stevia to be the best alternative.

For those who say I need to eat more, I struggle to because I feel bloated and overly stuffed after I eat. Advise?

I eat about 1000 calories a day (don't know for sure). I am really bad at keeping track of what I eat due to the fact that I am grazer. I don't really exercise. But I usually do some walking. I walk about 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day.

I am 5'2 and my weight ranges from 90 to 95 pounds. I know that sounds thin but I have small bone structure and I am flat flat chested. I don't think I look underweight.
