I allow maybe a treat meal on a weekend. I probably do only lose half a pound if lucky. I hadnt probably been logging because i have had issues with acid reflux due to stress making me hungry like vomit inducing hungry and i was not sure how to do my diet at the time. How many cals do you think i should go for?

Thanks, your right im about 1700 to 1800 cal range. I work a very active job carrying lifting and running around and do about 11000 to 12000 steps a day. I dont do extra exercise at the moment since ive been very fatigued recently. I try to drink enough water i usually drink about 1.5 litre or just over. Sometimes i get…

Im 5 ft 1 and 158 pounds. Im losing maybe a pound or two then regaining it and back to square one and no weight loss. Lose gain lose gain never getting any further. If that makes sense.

I am diagnosed with generalised anxiety and I know this can be part of that. Though I do seem to have hypoglycemic reactions.

I did feel ever so slightly disoriented. I have a job that can be a bit physical at times. I had tended to snack on popcorn, cereal bars, malt loaf, choc pretzels by go ahead etc.

Had blood tests that show normal but I know with stress fatigue like I've got the body struggles to regulate your blood sugar yet lab tests are usually normal.

So that would be normal hunger and I just have to ride it till lunch?

Yes but I seem to get hungry but guessing 10am after 7.30am breakfast isnt bad but then coming up to 11.30am I'm getting hungry and lunch is an hour away.

Found some data on my phone health app on Friday I did 10900 steps

That figure was just off top of my head from last time I monitored.

I tracked it once and was burning about 350 calories a day not sure on steps
