Would 250 cal deficit be ok?

Is 1890 calories too high?

Active or very active?
I'm unsure if my job makes me active or very active. I work with medical files, which can be heavy. I spend most my day on my feet running around a big library running up and down stairs, lifting heavy boxes, carrying heavy files, loading files on a conveyor belt, not sure if this is classed as very active or active?

Would these stats cause a sugar crash?
I had special k cereal and a piece of seeded bread toast two hours and I was shaking, mum tested my blood sugar on her monitor and it read 3.8. The stats on my diary show 68g carbs 21g sugar 10g fat protein 18g

What happened?
Was the following blood sugar related or just that I hadn't eaten enough? I had muesli skimmed milk and a slice of wholemeal toast with reduced sugar raspberry jam, an hour and a half later I felt starving to the point of feeling sick? Some suggested it might be dehydration?

Recovering from viral infection but have intense hunger?
I'm currently recovering hopefully from a viral infection, though I seem intensely hungry all the time, I thought it's the opposite when your ill? Am I burning more calories fighting a virus?

Calculating daily deficit
Say if I had 2065 calories, had used 367 with work and general daily activity deducting that would come to just over 1600 calories, is that the total number I've consumed or the original number?

I lost two and a half stone with slimming world but then switched to calorie counting as you could have a more varied diet, but each time I start with less food I get intense hunger that makes me feel ill, I know hunger is part of it but it's how intense it is that concerns me
