Every now and again I get this feeling like something is trying to repeat on me after eating but it's only very slight and sometimes it makes it hard to distinguish if I'm hungry or not?

I'm unsure of the actual question. Are you asking if reflux could disguise hunger?

I suffer from acid reflux and the sensation can be a bit like hunger but I can tell the difference. Acid reflux feels (amongst other symptoms)like a lump just below where you swallow, and it doesn't go away.
If you're worried I'd suggest seeing a doctor, but be aware it can only be accurately diagnosed with tests which aren't especially pleasant!

I have dealt with acid reflux for I think 5 years. To me it feels more like almost vomiting and never like hunger. For me it's usually caused by certain trigger foods (coffee, raw veggies, spicy foods), overeating, or laying down too soon after eating. But for me it's starting to dwindle thanks to weight loss.

Acid reflux presents differently depending on the person. It can sometimes cause runny nose, headaches ear aches. I suffer largely with silent reflux where I am clearing mucous out of my throat. Just like with most things there's no one size that fits all. Reflux sucks
