I can feel my stomach is full but my mouth constantly wants more food, feels like its going crazy for me to put food in my mouth what is this?

More or less calories close to goal weight?
Do you need more or less calories closer to goal weight? I'm about 5 pounds off target and finding it really difficult to lose them, have had it suggested I should up my calories?

Has anyone heard of the theory switching calorie intake each day so you'd have say 1500 one day then 1600 the next etc, confusing your body and result in weight loss? does it work?

Curious about leptin after weight loss?
I read online leptin decreases through calorie restriction and weight loss, is this why you become hungrier when you've lost substantial weight? Should calories be upped?

Calorie calculation can i lose weight on this?
I just calculated my BMR which is 1409, I factored in my physical job and came out at 2423 if I take away 500 calories it comes out at 1923 is it possible to lose weight? Seems quite a high level

Is there any such thing as carb sensitivity?
I've had a few strange symptoms that are almost like a diabetic but I'm not diabetic, last night I had a nice meal of skinless fish, boiled potatoes and veg, was OK then had a choc chip muffin as a treat, after I felt very hungry yet I'd had the meal beforehand, was it the carbs or sugars in the Muffin?

I'm 5ft 1 weigh 10 stone 6 currently after losing two stones, anyway I changed from slimming world to calorie counting, I'm in a physically demanding job, I aim between 1600-1700 calories, is this an OK level? I try to stick closer to 1600 but find it tricky
