I'm 5ft 1 weigh 10 stone 6 currently after losing two stones, anyway I changed from slimming world to calorie counting, I'm in a physically demanding job, I aim between 1600-1700 calories, is this an OK level? I try to stick closer to 1600 but find it tricky

How many calories does Myfitnesspal give you when you enter your information. That would be an appropriate calorie goal.

Mfp says 1850, but lost two pounds at 1600, maybe it's a bit to aggressive

It very well may be. The MFP numbers are based on population averages, but the vast majority of people will be pretty close to those numbers. If you are losing faster than you expected, it is likely you should eat a bit more.

Try it out. If it doesn't work for you, then add or subtract as you feel fit. I know a lot of people suggest to use the numbers MFP spits out, but I can't loose on what it tells me. I work a desk job, but get 10k steps in a day and work out 4-6 days a week. MFP suggests 1200, but based on my TDEE I should be eating 1600-1700 and that works great for me.

I'm probably one that likes the two pounds off rather than be happy with a slower loss
