Theres no hidden secrets. You weigh less now, Burn less, Have less room for errors in tracking foods. Get your booty moving more. Youll be there soon don't stress it to much.

Edit: as for the hunger thing, Maybe try adding something you can chew on for low calories. Im a super fan of cherry tomatoes ill walk the 2 miles to the store to buy myself a pint of them a few times a week. Get me moving and a yummy snack. winwinwin. Find your wins.

I agree find something with few calories that is emotionally satisfying and filling.

I'm far from my goal still, but mashed butternut squash with nothing but nutmeg satisfies the need for something heavy and filling in my gut at dinner time, with lower calories then potato or rice.

I'm right there with ya. I'm trying to exercise as much as I can so I can eat more, and I'm shrinking my deficit a bit on account of the hunger, but I'm trying to be patient. Good luck!

Same boat. Can't offer any specific help, but you're not alone. There must be a wave of us that started last January that are super close to goal. I WAS 5 pounds away, but gained 5 in the past month. I'll be happy to maintain thru the end of the year, then go back at the last 10 in January.

I never lost my last 5 pounds and it's been hard enough maintaining as it is.

Sometimes it's just not worth being miserable over.
