Calculating daily deficit

Say if I had 2065 calories, had used 367 with work and general daily activity deducting that would come to just over 1600 calories, is that the total number I've consumed or the original number?

1600 would be your net total essentially, however if you're using MFP correctly your general daily/work activity is factored into your calorie goal and is not exercise calories.1

OK so I'll have gone over my goal then of 19000
