So the meal was too carb heavy?
-
How many carbs should you have in a meal?
-
Thanks
-
I tried to continue with my calorie counting
-
OK so I'll have gone over my goal then of 1900
-
I'm wondering if that's why I'm often hungry, maintenance seems to be about 21-2200 for me, according to the online calculators, how do I deduct 15%?
-
I may well have to drop.calories a bit, I calculated I should have 1750?
-
I weigh myself once a week
-
I weigh my food where it is practically possible Been trying to lose these for maybe a month or two.
-
I'm trying to work out about three times a week and considering lowering my calories to 1700, hopefully I can lose something.
-
I've been eating 18-1900 calories based on my physically demanding job, but a friend said I might need to lower that to say 1700 and maybe workout separate to work. I'm 5 ft one weight 149 pounds.
-
Thanks, it seems like I'm.maintaining at a level I used to lose at
-
Just enough to help me lose a few pounds that's what I mean, I'm in my last ten pounds zone and had it suggested to increase exercise to encourage the loss of the last few pounds.
-
Would I benefit from it as much as a workout?
-
I am 150 pounds and I am five foot in height.
-
How long would you say it takes to adjust?
-
Yes I guess so
-
Why would it be as soon as u have my ten o clock snack I'm wanting something else about 11-11.30? I usually have protein bar or shake, fruit or yogurt
-
I'm aiming towards 1800-1900 calories because my job is so active, though I've not been losing much, um eight pounds off my target weight, I'd usually have 50g oatmeal with two spoons peanut butter and some flax but need to eat again at ten, but it seems once I have one snack I keep feeling hungry
-
Say if I have a serving size of oatmeal 40g I would by the time I get to work about an hour later be feel so hungry I'd feel nauseated
-
Thanks, what is the difference with impact whey? Is that for muscle building? As I don't want to build muscle
-
What sort of portion size would you look for in porridge etc
-
I've tried adding peanut butter to my porridge for instance and a few nuts for fats should there be something else?
-
I'm trying to make my portions a bit smaller on meals, could it be not enough?
-
Well I've been changing it a lot so not really
-
I'm trying to go for 1800 calories mainly cos my job is so active and can be a bit physical lifting boxes etc
-
By insanely hungry do you mean to the point you feel sick?
-
Yes it seemed to start when I was on slimming world
-
Would decent meals and less snacking be better?
-
OK good idea
