Just want to add my job can be physically demanding I eat breakfast about 7.25 and then something around 10.30 but I can never ease my hunger at this time

I've been eating about 1600-1700 calories, I'm five pounds off my goal, someone said I might need to up my calories a bit, for breakfast I had cereal, soya milk, grapes, nuts

Sort of hanging around the same few pounds I seem hungry a lot too

Because of my working hours I normally have dinner and then about an hour later I'm in bed could try a milky drink

Hmm people telling me to stay away from artificial sweeteners as much as possible wonder if it's that

I've heard of the idea of reverse dieting where you slowly increase your calories till you find maintenance or you put weight on then you find your personal calorie level to lose weight
