It does seem to happen with carbs and sugar, what could I do to handle over reaction to these?

I did do the slimming world diet previous to calorie counting, foods like potatoes, pasta, rice, etc were free foods as they called them and I'm wondering if it now affects me?

I think my meals could be a but carb heavy and my snacks sweet, maybe just need to adjust my diet but not sure how?

I'm 5 ft tall and weigh 144 pounds, have lost two stones but now seem to be struggling closer to target weight, I eat about 1600 to 1700 calories

The fats I eat are very little, I use coconut oil or frylight spray and rarely have butter or margarine

I feel a hunger that doesn't really go away, I'm sometimes hungry after eating, can feel sick with hunger at times

At 1600 two pounds, a bit higher it is one pound

I'm probably one that likes the two pounds off rather than be happy with a slower loss

Mfp says 1850, but lost two pounds at 1600, maybe it's a bit to aggressive
