  • I am definitely in the over restrictive category. Probably why it happened yesterday. Today I made sure I hit my protein and fiber goals and I have no desire for food right now. Lesson learned.
  • I totally fell off the good eating wagon today. First time in nearly 3 months with greasy fast food. I loved it, probably will see it on the scale for a few days and need to make sure I get all my water to flush my system. But tomorrow's a new day .
