Splurged this morning. It's my husband birthday and I made sausage biscuits and gravy. I've been so good all week and it was delicious. Until my stomach hurt after from eating greasy food and I added it to the calorie counter. I didn't eat that much but even a little of that gravy is filled with calories....and much more.
I had not had a beer in a while so I drank 3 last night. They were IPAs so they were a lot of calories. 220!!!! Oh well. I wanted to drink beer and I did. That is what my husband brought home so I drank. And they were good.

Just log it and move on! Great job on being accountable and tracking it. We all splurge and sometimes I even feel like it gives my body a little jumpstart. As long as a day or two of splurges don't turn into a week or two and then a month or two.... You'll be fine. And I'm so jealous of your biscuits and gravy! That's my absolute favorite brunch food. It's my boyfriend's birthday - yesterday we ordered a take-away burger with fries each. Tonight we are going out for a big slap-up heavy meal and then going to the cinema to watch a film and eat popcorn. The week prior to this, I had been 'very good' - so part of me is of course thinking "Ohhhh Noooo..." but we need to remember - this is life. We can't NOT attend these events or partake in these occasions because we wouldn't be having a life. Let's just eat the food and get back on track once the festivities are over. It's not going to set us back1

I totally fell off the good eating wagon today. First time in nearly 3 months with greasy fast food. I loved it, probably will see it on the scale for a few days and need to make sure I get all my water to flush my system. But tomorrow's a new day .0
