I had this problem the other night! Wouldn't publish my diary for the day until I had something else. This was 10pm and I really didn't fancy anything but went with a banana :)

Also keep your water bottle handy! Take a drink whenever you feel like you're bored/hungry/snacky. Just be prepared for extra toilet breaks haha
