Cutting out tea (sugar), white bread
Hi all, so I'm a re-starter. No shame in it. Bit I think the reason I have failed so many times is because when I start I cut out things I enjoy eg. Tea (because I take it with 2 sugars 🙄) and white bread. Do you think it's best to go cold turkey with things like this or to gradually cut it out?

Looking for easy high protein lunches
Hi all, as the title says, looking for Easy high protein lunches. Everything online seems a bit faffy and as a mum of 3 I prefer something minimal for lunch. Omelette would be an example. Beans on toast? Is this st high protein? But I am trying to cut out bread so what could I have as alternative? Thanks!

Newbie to nutrition
Hi all! Joined mfp to lose a few pounds by calorie counting but have become really interested in tracking my nutrients. Should we be aiming to get the bar to the top every day for every nutrient? If anyone has any links I could read up that round be great!

Scales
Just wondering how most people track their weight? I have analogue scales at home but don't find they're very reliable. To start my mfp journey I went down to my local Boots where they have a body fat/weight/height scale so got a print out there so was planning on doing that every week but do you think it's worth investing…
