Hi all just looking for some advice. I attend a weekly fitness class and am not noticing my fitness levels get any better (am fairly active through week too) in fact I am pushing myself and not able to finish the class. My iron levels are fine, I have been told it may be sue to not fuelling myself properly before class. Any further advice?

Are you drinking enough water eating about 2 hours before a workout is good for some ppl some do it on an empty stomach, myself I need fuel. A banana or apple about 15 before helps also for me.
Maybe try not pushing so hard in the beginning so you have energy to finish.

Either your nutrition is off or your pushing too hard too early.1

Typical issues...
underfeeding for your activity level
too much too soon
inadequate rest/recovery
Fitness gains are made when you're properly fueling your body and a combination of work and proper rest for recovery. There are no gains without recovery.1
