I’m glad it was nothing serious. If you have a post op doctors appointment, I’d bring it up with your doc. Cutting to a deficit could interfere with your recovery. Especially is they had to do some digging around to get the cyst’s feeder vein. Do the walking that you are allowed to do and leave the rest behind till you’re…

As stated above, the weights could be slightly off. What kind of exercises are you doing with the 5lb Kettlebell?

Stay hydrated and leave early. When I say early, I mean around 5am. Pick a route that is familiar to you. Tell someone exactly where you are going (name of the parking area and the trail you will be hiking). Check in with that person when you are home. Try to be back in your car by 10am. Wear a hat and sunscreen.

What are your weaknesses in Pole Class?
-
If I were you, before purchasing, take an anti gravity yoga class if they have one in your area. Those classes use a loop of Airial silk as the apparatus which is basically what this is.
-
That’s a good idea. Thanks:-)

It is super hard for women to bulk up. If you are eating in at a caloric deficit you certainly will not bulk up. You may think that you are because strength training can cause you to retain some water at first, but the water retention eventually goes away. I lift fairly heavy on a regular basis and I do not look super…

Have you tried doing the press ups against a wall instead of on the floor? Have you worked with either an occupational therapist or physical therapist on your wrists? If you haven’t, I would start there. Then take on a body weight program. I recommend the body weight program by Nia Shanks.…

Are you including a protein source at every meal and snack? Most people do not include a protein source at breakfast. I pre log my main meals then see what I need to do with snacks to meet my goal. I usually only need to make up 30-40 grams with snacks. Here are some snacks I use: 2 pieces of reduced fat String cheese:…

That’s interesting. I’ve never heard of someone gaining weight with breastfeeding as the sole cause. Did you up your calories to increase your supply?
-
Start including a protein source at every meal and snack. That should get you there. Using a shake is fine too.
-
How many months post pregnancy are you? Some gaps get better with time. I would push for that physical therapy referral. As for the belly fat, addressing the gap will help improve the appearance of your tummy. However, your biggest change is going to happen through a calorie deficit.

The one your describing is fine.

Because unplanned stuff happens when you venture outdoors. It’s better to have a light and not need it than to need one and not have it. I always take a head lamp with me even if I’m only planning to be out for the day. Group hikes also tend to go at whatever speed the group is capable of. It could take longer than that…

I would swap avoid the reverse grip for right now. I had tendinitis that effected my wrists and I needed to be careful with push ups and any other exercise that took my wrist out of a neutral position. Are you seeing a physical or occupational therapist for this? Do they have you using a hard brace? Do you still play?

Make an appointment with your gynecologist. It’s possible that it could come from stress. It could also be a sign of an infection.

Another article on baby feeding from the American Academy of Pediatrics who suggests not using rice cereal in your formula. https://www.healthychildren.org/English/ages-stages/baby/feeding-nutrition/Pages/Cereal-in-a-Bottle-Solid-Food-Shortcuts-to-Avoid.aspx…

That is so hard and so frustrating:-( What does your 3 year old’s pediatrician say? It sounds like a unified approach to her diet is needed. You should check out Ellyn Satter’s website and books. https://www.ellynsatterinstitute.org/ They were really helpful for my boy’s feeding issues. Your doing a good job. It’s your…

8K is a great start. I’ve never had much use for a 10K. If you wanted to get a set I’d suggest an 8K, 12K, and a 16K. I don’t know what your specific goals are, but to start out with Kettlebell training, I would recommend Simple and Sinister by Pavel (book) and Iron Core Kettlebell by Sara Lurie (video). From both of these…

I would highly suggest not using a scrub on your face if you are experiencing itching and redness. Here are some things you can use while your skin is ticked off. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00MY8CMNE/ref=mp_s_a_1_9_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1525548077&sr=8-9&keywords=vanicream&dpPl=1&dpID=41dyMFYmfbL&ref=plSrch…

She gave you excellent advice.

No you do not need to lift heavy. With the climbing, Cherimoose has given you some good ideas for antagonist muscle training. I'd suggest that you incorporate these and some rotator cuff and forearm work at least three times a week. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bsN-NPOV0k0 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=p4dGmFij2FM A light…

Here are some things I look for in a trainer. This list is kind of personalized, but you may take something useful from it. - I look at their credentials and try to get an idea about their specialty is and wether or not it lines up with my goals. - I want someone who has experience with prenatal and postnatal clients. - I…

I continued training with tendinitis. Here is what worked for me: -modify exercises to keep the wrist in a neutral position. Examples include dumbbell shoulder press with a neutral wrist, doing push ups on fists or use two dumbells on the floor as push up grips. - I avoided exercise that would have me in an extended wrist…

If your illness is above the neck, you're generally ok to workout. Given that you are experiencing weakness and fever, you should rest.
-
This. If you are uncertain of whether to log it as strength training or circuit training, you could either post the YouTube video or give me the name and I will tell you how I would log it:-)
-
It depends on what you did for your workout. Most of the Kettlebell training I do I log as either circuit training or strength training.
-
It is actually really important to train your traps. No you will not get bulky from training them. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F6-FzD4jUxU

Yeah, I went to the site, created a login and they said due to licensing the content was only available regionally.

I wish I could watch it in the U.S. I've got two fussy eaters to feed.
