I am running a training program that has specific workouts assigned to specific days. I was out of town for Christmas and missed 4 out of 6 workouts. Should I go back and do the mostly missed week over or move on to the next week of training?
Has anyone tried it? Does it blend well? Does it taste ok? I’ve seen it at WinCo and Sprouts and have thought about trying it.
