i drink quite a lot but i get fed up of just drinking Water, so i male lemon water now and then, tastes more refreshing to me, i don't think it is going to make much difference though (apart from the taste)

I train at Six in the morning in my home Gym , i usually have the radio on so i listen to the NEWS while i am Warming up, once i start my Strength & Stamina & HIIT Training im too busy trying so keep my innards from coming out of my ears (i love to train very intensivley) to listen to what is being played on the radio.

Skipping Breakfast and 6 Hours Black Cofee and Water, i do exactly the same

Black coffe with no sugar......skip breakfast alltogether and eat your first meal of the day at about 12.30

Amazing feats of Streng here. Mines a bit diffrent :) Being able to walk down to the end of my front garden to see if the daily paper had been delivered.....for the first time after nearly 2 Years whellchair & Rehab after "gone wrong" leg surgery in 2009

Yeah good to read that you are If ing now, i think the combi IOF and Hard short Training sessions is the answer (is for me anyway) especially when you are getting older (i am now over 50)

I use my eppileptical to do HIIT after my strength & Stamina Training. I cannot get the intensity i get using any other machine. If i had the choice to take one machine when stranded on an Island for a month it would be an eppileptical. Small tip,- if you hang back a Little with your body when doing fast & hard Intervalls…

Yeah i think it probably is, i am more or less dead after my HIIT workouts so i wouldn't be able to Train after anyway ;)

I have a small brown scar on my lower Abdomen due to surgery about twenty years ago, when i was looking i the mirror yesterday i could see it for the first time in 6 years (it was hiding under my belly all the time :)) It's gonna be surounded with great looking abs soon ;)
