Yes, mfp says I should take 2070 calories daily. I'd rather not log exercise cause that will encourage me to eat those calories

I've been going for 2-3 weeks. I don't weigh my food digitally so the measurements are relative. I'm exercising every other day with an empty stomach but I don't log it. I still don't go near 2k calories a day just to be sure I don't go over cause of some miscalculation

What about doing cardio first thing in the morning with an empty stomach? Remember to have food ready cause you'll feel weak after you are done. Take the number 220 and subtract your age. I decided to not include the exercise on the mfp. It says I get to eat 2070 calories, low on fat.

The machine said I burned 100 calories but on the app it says I burned 600+. Which one should I go for? I trained with an empty…
