  • I wore a button up shirt buttoned all the way up for the first time in years without the buttons pulling!! And my belly wasn't the first thing you saw when you glanced at me. I wore jeans and a button up shirt all day on Sunday without any discomfort. I feel amazing!

  • @retirehappy we don't do anything big for Christmas and the family we do spend it with eats low carb too. So no worries here.

Been doing really good with keeping the carbs down the past few days after going off plan on thanksgiving. So Im just happy I lost anything at all this week.

  • I had to buy new scrubs for work!! I went from and XL in bottoms and an XXL in tops to a medium in both tops and bottoms!!! 2 months and 9 days in. I have lost 27 lbs and over 30 inches!! I haven't been a medium in years.

  • I noticed in measurements and clothes first. The scale went down but the difference in how clothes fit and what my measurements were said way more than the scale.
  • Bought scrubs today cause my old ones had gotten too big. My pants used to be XL and my tops XXL and today I bought Mediums!!! I haven't worn mediums in years. I feel really small.

  • Made a thing...got eggs, coconut flour, heavy cream, salt, shredded mozzarella, and iltalian sausage. It was amazing and then cooked the green beans in the sausage grease.

  • Well I am doing good on water and I'm logging everything even when it's bad. I had cheezitz the other day...sooo good but not worth it. I felt awful and had heartburn all day afterwards. Still hanging in there and weighing in around 204-205 so I'm happy with that. Still hoping to lose 4.1 lbs by the end of the month.

  • I do low carb/Keto but not in the traditional sense. I do some wheat products and potatoes but not often. I try to keep 5 out of 7 days under 25 net carbs and allow myself 2 days of 75 net carbs.
