@Sunshine99212 Good luck! I did lose a bit of weight on Keto, I find it difficult a bit, hate cooking and preparing meals plus LOVE fruits as well. Long story short I gained all weight back, not for meβ¦ π₯΄. Invited pizzas back into my life πππ» Started counting calories again. Lost 66 pounds and gain back 30π₯΅. I think I amβ¦
