I don't understand clean eating. My idea of clean eating would be perhaps no junk food, salty or fattening foods. Just healthy lean meats, fruits and veggies. :)

I had trouble with sciatica in the past, and had to go for physical therapy. The therapy was really helpful. Perhaps your doctor could refer you to a physical therapist. Me without coffee is almost like a day without sunshine. Coffee is fine. I drink my coffee black, but if you add sugar or special creamers, you might have to limit the things that you add in your coffee. It can add the calories that many people don't realize. :)

Another great thing that you can do is tell her to always be active and choose healthy foods and snacks and she won't have to worry about gaining a lot of weight. Healthy living, and portion control is the key. It will be up to you of course, but it is also ok to have an occasional eat out (fast food) day. :)

My family loves (DEER MEAT). We mostly roll it in flour and fry it in a small amount of margarine, with salt and pepper. It is delicious when, after frying the meat, add a can of fat free low sodium mushroom soup, Don't add water to the soup. Let it simmer long enough to warm the soup. Yummy! Delicious! :)

I have learned that its O.K. if I have an off day and eat things that I shouldn't, without feeling bad about it. . This doesn't mean that I am a failure. God willing , tomorrow is another day. :)

You keep up the good work. It is something that you love and you will be better and better with time. The way the instructor treated you was very uncalled for. Stay with the instructors where you feel confident. Don't give up what you love. :)
