No, we have those days from time to time. Just try to do better tomorrow. When I want chips or other goodies, I use portion control and try to save a few extra calories for a yummy snack, if I crave one. 😊

I went to my doctor due to having pain in my hip and thigh. I found that the pain was due to sciatica nerve pain. I was referred to a physical therapist. The exercises helped me very much. You might want to consider going to your doctor.Perhaps it could be sciatica nerve pain.

I am in pretty good health, except high blood pressure, so I do have to watch my salt. I think you are right about it being in my brain, because I feel bad when I eat candy or chips late at night. I feel that I should be eating something healthier. :)

Thanks everyone for the great ideas. I most usually stay under my calorie goal,but I like chips and sweets and just felt that it would be better if I ate healthier snacks. I have found that I feel much better physically when I eat healthy snacks. :)
