I used puzzles to quit smoking too. It was a great distraction when cravings hit, and allowed them to pass without the anxiety. That was now 3 years ago. 😁 I crochet as well. Especially on stressful days, where a focus on something solid can be a great distraction from stress or boredom eating.

My mini goal is hitting 2 lbs a week (since I am heavier right now, this is obtainable). I really want to hit that 8 to 10 lbs a month mark.

Yesterday, I logged all food, but went over. My goal was to just log anyways. But today, I wanted to hit my calorie goal and did it! My weigh days are on Monday mornings and looking forward to this Monday.
