You all have been so helpful! I decided to take a day off from the calories tracking. As your posts mentioned, it is only one day and the holidays are definitely worth celebrating.

I mostly weight my food including things like cereal, chips, etc. that don't come as a single serving. I also cook regularly and for the recipes I do both weight and measurement (I.e. flour is entered as x cups and peppers are weighed.) When I visit family or go out with friends, I estimate.
