I keep thinking to myself that If I can get down from 800 to 650 on the pre-op diet alone, then why would I have the surgery.   • For me, Im on a VLCD and the three shakes that are part of my meal plan put at 30g by themselves. I usually end the day right under 50g
  • @Gallowmere1984 truly appreciate the words of encouragement. As I said I am highly motivated and by me being off work on medical leave I have the time to truly focus on becoming a healthier me. :smile:
  • @XavierNusum Thanks for the support. I will be sticking to the pre-op diet for as long as I can. I have made it my everyday diet now just trying to get down to the 650 range.
  • @kpk54 The shake the nutritionalist recommend was the Pure Protein shake powder. They are 25g of protein 8g carb and 3g fat My Macros each day have been about 106g protein, 44g carb, and 30g fat

  • I overeat when I'm frustrated and or bored. I also tend to overeat when I feel like nothing I am doing is changing my size.
