Hi Jessica, I'm also new to MFP and I would love the support. Joined couple of weeks ago and I have lost 5lbs already. My idea of losing weight is basically burning more calories than you consume but staying within your daily calorie intake. Am here to get encouraged too, add me as a friend!

The longest I've ever spent on a Treadmill is about 30 minutes, because they're boring as hel. So about 4 miles, would be 400 calories. Honestly, I believe counting way deep on the calorie figures could get you crazy. What I do simple and basic, burn more than I eat. The only detail I focus on is my fat% against my carbs %

Drinking a lot of water helps me to stay full before I sleep

There shouldn't be criteria as to who text first, it's about if you felt the chemistry and you are interested, go ahead, forget pride or the fact that you are a female or a male. Also depends on what you text about :)

Thanks! I will try my best, obviously keeping my daily calorie limit and working out at least 4x a day. Bc am just starting, i know I will probably lose more now and then it would slow down later
