You have to set it based off your lifestyle when you are not excersicing. I could excersice a lot but mostly I am at school or on my computer so I set it to not very active and then add in my excersices I do

I have always been the biggest all my teen years. I recently turned 18 and decided I want to live the rest of my life healthy and happy :) I knew if I kept my eating habits I would become very overweight and miserable.

If you have been consuming less calories per week than you have consumed than you should have lost weight in a month. I think your problem here might be: 1. You are not measuring your foods correctly 2. You are not consistently updating your diary or 3. You are binge eating/having cheat days

Water is very good to lose weight however it should be drank frequently in small amounts rather than infrequently in large amounts.
