I am also on a high protein/low carb diet. It can be difficult to find all your protein sources throughout the day. In the morning I try to eat eggs, cheese and turkey sausage, all are a great protein source. Whole wheat bread if you need a carb. I will try again, goal is still 150 miles, running or biking. I think I can do it this month.

I failed to achieve my goal of 150 miles. I got 120.9 miles, 34.5 running and 86.4 biking. I will try again next month.
