Love this! Thanks for the motivation to continue!

Peet's is great! Love their dark roast. I also add one sugar packet to cut the bitterness. After a few times I don't even miss the creamer!

I feel you! I focus on eating at specific times so my body knows not to snack. I also try to drink a ton of liquids, everything from water to tea to sparkling water, low caffeine but still good! And I've heard you hold hot drinks longer then room temp/cold so it'll keep you full longer. I've also found that kombucha teas…

Blogalites has some amazing videos on YouTube! I'd check her out!

Raw: broccoli (love it both ways!), cucumber, bell peppers, jalapeños (if you dare!), carrots, celery, sprouts, lettuce/leaves, and weirdly mushrooms. Cooked: Broccoli - steamed is the BEST! I steam it for about 4-5 minutes so it's got some crunch (I also don't cut the stems) and then add salt, peppers, my chicken and…

You've got this don't give up! On the weekends, I'll treat myself to a treat meal (going to Vegas this weekend so I'm sure there will be a few of those!) but I try to prepare for them. I promise myself to go to the gym Mon-Thurs to get my body ready. Once I'm there, it's not terribly difficult to cut back on crap food but…

At first, I loved the privacy of being at home. I wouldn't feel intimidated to try new workouts or do new exercises in chances of looking silly. But what it lacked was the flexiblility to try new things. Hey, maybe I wanted to incorporate weights, maybe I wanted to hit a machine. Impossible to do at home. I also find that…

Thank you all for your input! This is something I do once a week sometimes twice a week MAX. My goal is to yes, lose weigh but I'm looking to lose 5 lbs in about 1-2months, small progression. I appreciate all your input and sorry for not specifying certain things!

Dinner was spilt into two meals because I was feeling hungry earlier! I had a jalapeño quesadilla with guacamole, lettuce and pico on the side. Later when I got hungry, I roasted some Brussels sprouts and made this honey mustard dressing mmmm.

So many! I love cucumber slices with a bit of cheese on top, turkey and string cheese roll ups (good preworkout snack) or turkey and hummus roll ups if you are watching your dairy! Fruit bowl (mainly berries, very low carb!), celery and peanut butter, veggie tray and I know this isn't a snack really but I love soup,…

You are absolutely lovely and don't forget how important and special you are! Weight loss and diet take time, it's definitely not something overnight. As they say, 4 weeks for you to notice and 8 weeks for others to notice. Keep making small changes in your diet whether it be portion, choosing a healthier option etc! It's…

Switching to vodka soda and two limes has drastically changed my hangover and my calorie intake!

Agreeing with all this! This was one of my most effective methods, even though you may be eating a large portion, as long as you are routinely eating around the same amount around the same time and exercise, it shouldn't effect you!

Cheese and carbs (bread and pasta)... so hard to give up.
-
Potato wedges and dill pickles! I also put honey mustard on just about everything.

Agreeing with eating whatever you want! All in moderation right? But I understand your pain! Instead of chips, I'll do pita chips or tortilla chips. If I want low carb, I will do carrots and cucumbers with hummus. Sometimes I like just roasting veggies and snacking on them in a bowl. For chocolate, I've really loved skinny…

I love plain whole wheat Cherrios with fresh fruit and vanilla soy milk! The best!
