It's quite disappointing how people treat someone if she is eating ten bananas. I don't disagree I need more protein but there's all sort of eating pattern. I would never think of bashing someone for eating meat. It's really disappointing. Thank you all anyways. Also, if you have never seen anything like that, I hope I…

There's a thing called RAW till 4 if any of you have heard?

It's just that I am a super lazy person when it comes to cooking. And fruits are basically something you buy and eat whenever you are hungry. Sometimes I feel lazy just to peel and slice the mangoes, so I tend to go for the fruits like bananas where I just have to peel it. Must take protein in consideration.

I am constantly eating. But now that I think of, typically I did not eat 4 hours prior to lifting since someone told me not to exercise 3/4 hours after having a carb heavy meal and most of my meals are crab heavy since I am a vegan. I will have to try to eat something before lifting then.

This is a typical day for me, Breakfast : 10 medium bananas + 3 dates + 1tsp cinnamon Mid morning snack : 1 mango (about 350g) Lunch : 2 papayas + 1/4th of a watermelon Evening snack : 4/5 tangerines + 500gm grapes Dinner : 1/2 cup (dry) white rice + sriracha + 2 cup boiled/steamed veggies Training : Recently I have…

It seems like I need to eat more, a lot more. I felt dizzy and weak the entire day. Never knew weight lifting is this taxing.

I am 5.1' 93lbs, I eat about 2700-3400 calories. It was daunting for the first couple of weeks but now I can't think about eating less. Try adding 100-200 calories every week. It's another banana only.

This was extremely helpful. :D

I do have to think about my form the next time. Also, in addition to 5*5, have you been doing anything else? I have heard it is not recommended to any other workout while following the program. I have been a calisthenics junkie for over a decade and I am unable to stop myself from having a morning calisthenics session. It…

It just might be the problem. I went quite light headed while working on the last set of my barbell row.

Ok so, today was my third workout. It might seem weird but I can't sit properly after today's workout. It's not like I am sore. It's like every time I am trying to sit, my butt hurts, it's like bone pain, feels like there's no padding. Similarly my back hurts also, there's not much to lean on I feel. I am not sure why is…

Can your diary public please? It would help me get an idea about what could I eat. I have been searching for quite some time but wasn't really successful making a plan for myself :(
-
Also, is it common to get hungrier when you start to lift?
-
Good idea. I am yet to start to use it. I should download it before the next workout. So, you progress each week with 5lbs and it continues till?

I am a high carb vegan :(

[quote="MeiannaLee;10493634"I often avoid eating healthy food (or anything considered real food) in order to fit in cookies, chips, cakes and ice cream into my diet. [/quote] Last year I gave up beer and ice cream. Also yes, I made healthier version of ice cream. Nice Cream, often known as Nana Ice cream. It's super…

I do want to lose about 5 to 7 kg but for me, it''s a long time process. I want to take it slow, five to seven months is fine for me. You?
-
You are quite right. It's mostly cardio based. I do plan to weight train after moving which is early to mid January. Let's see, if that helps somehow. Also, my problem area is my tummy. More likely love handles. I am not really sure if I should lose 10 pounds, this was just an estimation.

5.1' 108/110 pounds

This is my second time doing this. I think I'll give myself some time to see if it happens again.
-
True that. I will not eat it or I will eat the whole box. I do not know what moderation is. This is bad. :(
-
I ate a lot of cereal at first. Four bowls of cereal and then six cups of yogurt and then I felt might as well just eat boxes of everything I have. :(
-
Do you eat normally after a binge eating period?
-
The problem lies there. I need to be strict about what food to buy from next time.
-
I think it's because of a certain change in life but I never stress ate before. But it could be the reason. When I ate healthy, it not only reflected in my body but my mood was better. I did not feel cranky or sluggish. I must think straight and stop this overeating saga.
-
If I were you, I would have tried to identify my eating problems such as you mentioned snacking constantly, and try to fix those gradually. That is the process of healthy living. Don't cut back on food. If you have a sweet tooth, enjoy your sweets but in moderation. If you used to have two oreos, have one from now on. If…
