I am just getting back into counting them and it's soooo painful. Glad I have mfp for accountability. I am 5'11/158lbs and currently sticking to the 1450-1500 range. It's hard. I love food. I do two cardio solo workouts at the gym a week, plus one with the trainer. Gym days I usually go over.

I'm a runner too and yoga has definitely helped me stretch out and keep injury free! :) I finally found a yoga class that I really like, but it took me a while..some of them are a bit too much for me. I've also tried Zumba but I am the awkward tall one in the back that has created my own rhythm because I apparently can't…

I did notice an uptick in weight gain after getting my Mirena (hormonal IUD) replaced earlier this year and it has definitely made me hungrier but I have also not been eating well and have been lazy af on my exercise so... I am hesitate to blame the BC for that. We'll see.

I'm 5'11 and currently at 151, goal weight is to get back to what my norm for the last 5 years has been ~138. :) My weight pre-kid was 125 and that was waaaaaaaayyyy too skinny for my height. I look back on that and it was so unhealthy.
