I would not stress on the sugar calculation the app determines as applied to fruit. While there is "sugar", it is not added sugar. Drop the cheat day idea. Focus on eating foods that provide excellent nutrition, and in the proper amounts. If you have a less than healthy or indulgent meal once in awhile, just get back on track immediately.

Try some naturally sweet and healthy fruit.

Agree with adding more fruits and vegetables. A proper amount of fiber from these whole food sources will leave you feeling fuller.

I think it makes a great salad dressing. No, it does not burn fat. But using it rather than dressings loaded with oil certainly does not add a lot of empty calories.

Quinoa, Tofu, Beans/Legumes, Brown Rice & Black Beans. And of course lots of leafy greens. The ratio of protein to calorie with these types of food items are great.
