I’m going by photos and measurements of my belly etc.i didn’t go by weight anyway as I work out a lot so it would of been muscle but my body fat doesn’t seem accurate either which is strange. But yes photos and measurements seem to be working better for me.

Yes, I hear depression and currently doing a childcare course and have 4 a's and a b so far... I was always told u couldn't do it and proved them wrong!

Thank you for replying. It's alot diffrent doing it on the treadmil but I'm enjoying it. At the moment im doing the 3 times a week and possibly more during that week but I'll repeat the c25k runs I've already done so im not pushing myself too far or I'll just have a walk on it in hoping that will be ok? I'm just worried…

I ran while It isnt alot but it's my first few times getting back into running after my 3rd baby so anything was good enough for me ☺

I have children 8,2 and 1. I have to do early morning around 5.30/6 or it's a no go for me x

I am doing couch to 10k. I'm on week one at the moment says I should run 3 times a week. Should I be sticking to that or can i do more without risk of injury?

I think it depends I how you feel personally. I have a treadmil as I can't get out much with children but I think i would be uneasy running alone in the dark but I'm the day I would be fine x
