December Fitness Challenges

@135terry - I just went through this last month when I was in a couple 30 day challenges. I ended up skipping them all the week I was gone and had other things happen. Long story short, I added up all the quantities of each exercise I need to do to complete the challenge...which I plan to complete by the end of December...and the numbers were mind blowing. Maybe if you tally up how many reps you will have to do during this vacation, it will deter you from skipping or you could start adding extra in when you can to try to knock some out before you go.2

Ohhh sounds good, I had soup for lunch - gets we through the winter!!!
I went for ham with poached egg, Roasted butternut squash and steamed green veg.
Love the clean day as I would never have thought to eat that together!2 -

So far so good on the clean eating piece. But I almost screwed up at dinner and was about to eat a little bit of kale pasta salad we had left over. Luckily as I was dishing it into a measuring cup it hit me. Woohoo...close one.2

That was what I was planning to do, but when I was looking at the chart I got mixed up and some of the bottom ones got cross-pollinated during the first round Oh well, I did get around to doing two sets of each!
I've been doing the exercises as best I can so far but have mostly posted progress on my feed instead of here. Great job everyone!4 -
