When I first went to the gym I wore this gym shirt and I felt so self conscious in it I had to wear spandex under it in order feel confident enough to go to the gym. Its was to tight and showed every fat roll I had. Today I just realized that the same gym shirt is starting to get to big for me.

Though some scales are sensitive. For example my scale has been off by 10 grams multiple times. So eyeballing helps me notice if my scale is acting up from some thing weird surrounding it.

There are many breakfast cereals that have 50% of your recommended iron intake per a cup. So two cups and you meet your iron goal. Just look at the box on the nutrition facts and you will see the percentages.

Im having a similar problem. While I was eating 1200 calories a day I had my periods but they would be really short and very light.
