I like flavored sparkling waters when I'm not feeling a regular glass of flat. Dasani brand is good and I like Voss lemon cucumber too.

    168 calorie blueberry muffin: http://www.wellplated.com/healthy-blueberry-muffins/
Personally this is my new obsession its a great recipe that makes 12 muffins. Then another thing I found was the tomato bun BLT and that looks interesting. (recipe: http://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a48646/tomato-bun-blt-recipe/) Vegetables and berries are usually very low in calories and taste good. Also a majorly underrated fruit is the pomegranate since they are huge, filling and really healthy (its a super food).

    Ingredients
    Meat
    4 Chicken breast, boneless skinless
    1/2 tsp Rotisserie chicken seasoning
    Produce
    3 cups Baby spinach, fresh
    3 Green onions
    1 3/4 cups Mushrooms, fresh
    Oils & Vinegars
    1 1/2 tsp Olive oil
    Nuts & Seeds
    2 tbsp Pecans(Optional)
    Dairy
    2 slices Provolone cheese, reduced-fat
I seasoned chicken with a little salt and pepper cook on 350 until almost done. Then place spinach, mushroom and cheese on top chicken. Baked until done and browned. I did not use pecans. This was delish. Recipe from Taste of home. Spinach and Mushroom smothered Chicken.
