@lilltessiiie. Something I have found that helps me with 5pm craves is to have a glass of Chi zero. It is healthy, no sugar and very refreshing. Also i have a lemon!:) Funny but I like home grown lemons.

Hmm haven't been doing so well with the bingeing but on a positive note I am back on track and two days running no bingeing. My chocs all gone now so now to get back on track. At least I have eaten it over several days and not all at once like I used too! Actually I find if I buy dark choc I don't need to eat as much. I really think it's the cocoa I crave??

Sugar is the tricky one for me, but then also bread and butter and date scones! Why is it that date scones pile on the kgs way more than bread or other carbs? A friend of mine has noticed that as well. I just love date scones, after last weekend I best not to make them again for a while. Can't stop at just one or two.;)…

Try a teaspoon of honey, see if that helps. I have a sweet tooth too. Sometimes I do have a little choc. Sometimes I can just have a "little" bit, other times I crash and have way to much.

Hi. I have just found this app and are finding my way around. I suffer from ME/cfs and unable to exercise at all. I have recently lost 11kg and was at goal, but I'm the last week have put on two kg. I need now to get that two kg off and then to maintain.
