Hiya I'm Kim, wasn't actually aware of the forums on here but thought I'd so a post to introduce myself and see if anyone else us trying to loose weight whilst being disabled physically. I've suffered for 6 years with severe chronic pain and several painful conditions. Over the 6 years I gained 6 stone and currently have lost 2 stone but needing to loose ALOT more. I have always been a yoyo dieter from a teenager and recently was diagnosed with pcos polycystic ovary syndrome which also effects my weight as well as low mobility so exercise can be difficult. I am doing 5:2 as I've found it works for me as I hate restrictions and enjoy the flexibility of 5:2. I also have been approved for weight loss surgery next year although still haven't heard from them which means it will be 6months+ from then so a long wait. Hoping to loose a little more but definitely can't gain any as I'm over my target again. Anyways sorry for the essay, hope to find someone on a similar path. Good luck everyone xxx

Hi. I have just found this app and are finding my way around.
I suffer from ME/cfs and unable to exercise at all. I have recently lost 11kg and was at goal, but I'm the last week have put on two kg. I need now to get that two kg off and then to maintain.
