I made this with skinless chicken thighs, but left out the Ketchup and used water with chicken stock instead. yum!

I follow her blog and social media.. great gal! I love her site because its everything you need about slow cookers on one site. I live alone, so the meals, i make I freeze part, use it lunches and other dinners. It's great.
