This is my first round and I am starting 11/20 Day/Weight/Comment 11/20 161.5 (In shock that my weight has gone up so much in the last couple months. I started HMR on March 4th and I have lost 17 lbs. I am doing the at home program where you can add fruits and vegetables to the meals/shakes. I also do a weekly phone call with a coach. My daughter is allergic to dairy. Her favorite snack is the kids zbars. She likes the chocolate chip the best. Many products are dairy free but you would only know if you read the labels (like certain brands of chocolate cake or brownie mix).
