I usually do 1820 calories a day, but the thing is I don't get time to exercise very much but I always stay under my target goal. LOL but that does remind me I need to buy for Fiber One bars those things are awesome.

I've noticed that, I have kinda become obsessed and I keep promising myself I won't weigh but once a week. But i wake up go to get my clothes from my laundry room and then see the scale sitting there and just say to myself "hell why not" lol I'm weird I know

Hi, what I usually do is count calories, I might try the Macros after a couple more months. I'm. 31yr old male was 307 and now I'm 280 after just a little over a month.
