I've been teetering around 276 and 277 for the last 5 days. I lost 31lbs down from 307 rather quickly. I know my weight fluctuates from day to day, but I keep thinking I need to decrease my calorie intake.. I have 1,820 a day and usually have about 100 to 200 leftover.. And yes I weigh everything that isn't prepackaged lol

    It's 5 days? You're being impatient

Give it another week or two before you adjust calories. I only weigh once a week, but sometimes I end up showing no loss one Monday and the next Monday, suddenly a drop of 3-4lbs.

I've noticed that, I have kinda become obsessed and I keep promising myself I won't weigh but once a week. But i wake up go to get my clothes from my laundry room and then see the scale sitting there and just say to myself "hell why not" lol I'm weird I know

Weight loss isn't linear. If you have no weight change in 3-4 weeks, then it's time to change something. Stop worrying about what happened yesterday and have patience.

Be sure you're logging accurately (use a scale if possible, not volume measurements). Also be sure to re-run your calorie calculations every 5 lbs you lose. If you have not re-rolled those dice with the wizard on MFP or whatever site you're using to calculate your calories since you started, then that may be the problem. The less you weigh the less calories you need to do the same activity. Beyond all that, sometimes your body will fight you. The longest 'plateau' I had was about 2.5 weeks. If it hasn't been longer than say 3 weeks, then I wouldn't worry too much. Increase your exercise, be diligent about logging, and don't give up. It'll happen.
