Hi Missycvt, I walk at a pace of 3.5 mph to 4mph and often have my pram with me for these walks. I go outside and make it so I have goal locations (supermarket, coffee shop, etc). No change from last week here. I'm struggling to break through into the next stone bracket (UK). I keep reaching this point then progressing no further. I'm going to have to knuckle down hard next week and break through :s
