21st birthday in about 4 weeks - trying to loose another 4lb by then!7
-
I want to lose 5 lbs this month and get closer to 150! I haven't seen that in at least 4yrs.6
-
lose 3 more pounds to be out of 180's5
-
I'm almost at my original goal of 150 lbs (0.8lbs to go!). Once there I want to lose another 8 lbs to bring me to 142 lbs, a healthy weight for my height & shape and an even 80 lbs weight from my starting weight. It'll make it easier for my bum knee to carry me around & let me run around to further train my middle dog once all the ice outside melts.
Also new puppy! Only a few days with me, and has already learned a bunch of things.9 -
To be "overweight" on the bmi scale instead of "obese".....!
Long term goal to be "normal"9 -
Flawless skin (it starts from the inside).5
-
I really want to be in the 140s by the end of march when I go for a concert. I would like to run my 5k in under 45 minutes in April.5
-
Shortest term: get to 'overweight' vs. 'obese' BMI. I have just 2 more pounds until that goal but the scale hasn't budged in a little bit.
Longer term: My fam and I will travel to Italy for our dream trip (3 years of saving, 1 of planning). I want to be at a total weight loss of 20 lbs by then. I have 8 weeks and 7.5 lbs to go and my scale is not the best at moving!6 -
-First goal is another 4 pounds to be the same weight as my partner at 12 stone 4 / 172 (I'd like to achieve that by the end of Feb latest) - this also puts me at 40 pounds lost;
- then to get to get below 12 stone (sub 168 pounds) by mid March;
- thirdly to get below 11 stone 6 / 160 pounds so I'm in the healthy BMI range;
- Next to 10 stone 13 (153 pounds);
- Finally to goal at 10 stone 7 / 147 pound (although I'm not sure if I'll push on to 140 pounds).
I'd like to be at goal by the middle of June but I realise this is somewhat ambitious and relies on a 2 pound loss weekly; if I make it by Christmas next year then I will be on top of the world.5 -
Current mini goal is to get down to 155 lbs which will be 15 lbs down from starting weight since having my second kiddo.3
-
First powerlifting meet Feb 25th...although that feels like a major goal, not a mini one.10
-
Current mini-goal is to speed up my pace on our monthly family 5K walk, to lose 3.5 to get to a new set of numbers, and a total of 6.2 to hit the 200 lbs lost mark.9
-

This is so close to MY goals! I would like to be mid to low 140's by the end of March. I'm a teacher and have to go to prom...again, and I want a cute dress that is flattering, not just a dress. And I also want to be under 45 minutes for a 5K, but mine is in May.
Good luck!!8 -
I'm 4.6 lbs from Onederland. A mini goal in the broad sense, but a major milestone on my weight loss journey.9
-
I just lost my first 5% of my starting weight. Now to get to 10%... then 20%. Ultimate goal is 40% of my starting weight. But for now... 5% at a time!10

My "mini" mini goal is to look awesome in the slinky designer dress I bought to wear to my daughter's wedding on February 25th! I will post a picture. My other "regular" mini goal is actually looking ahead a little to my annual well-woman exam in May. Last May my exam triggered my journey, so I am excited to see my Dr, I think she will be pleased.10

It's taken 10 wks to lose 5 lbs. I'm now a little less than 5 away from my goal of 125! I can barely believe it! (All these exclamation points!!!)
Almost as soon as I posted this, I bounced back up to 133ish. Argh. Today, I am 129.2.
Next mini goals:
-- No more bouncing back up!
-- 127
Woot! 127.4 today! 2.4 lbs to go to my goal weight.
Seriously, I could cry. I NEVER thought I'd be able to get here ... How awesomely ridiculous is it that my New Year's Resolution is to lose 2.4 lbs!?
I DID IT: 125.0 lbs today!
This is both my mini-goal and my overall weight loss goal. Over 100 lbs gone!
Did the happy dance for a few seconds and am now setting a new goal: 120. I'm barely 5'1" and could lose some more, so I'll keep going.
119.8 today! Unbelievable!
Next up: 115

Another goal accomplished! Yahoo!
Have three goals:
1. Get below 200 - Achieved 2/11/17
2. Get out of obese range and into overweight: 2/4/17 - just barely snuck in under the line but I will take it!
3. Recover from a knee injury and start running again. This one is going to take a bit longer; physiotherapist has given me an exercise program and that seems to be working. Have an appointment this week with my GP just to make sure that there isn't any underlying issues and (hopefully) get the all clear to start running again!
Time to set some new goals.5 -

Congratulations fellow traveler. We are on a similar path.
I hit overweight BMI on 2/1, weighed in at 199.4 this morning and am working on transitioning a favored walk into a run by alternating running and walking every two minutes.
ENJOY6 -

@ChromiumG Awesome goal! You know you can do it. Are you going to PH for an internship?1 -
going to meet my boyfriend's family and friends in the UK in April. Have a dress I want to fit into by then.6
-
Well, it was to get under 200 and this morning the scale said 198. Yesterday, I tried on a pair of size 32 jeans and they fit. Really, the only thing left is to keep leaning out and working on the abs before transitioning to a lean bulk.11

Below 270 by March 1st9
-
To be back in the 120s. It's been about 16 years! I've just dipped below 135, so just a few more lbs!
Oh yeah, and a half marathon coming up in April. It's my first in 9 years.14 -
Well I can't find my previous goals, but I did accomplish them!
New goals:
1. Up my exercise game.
2. Lose my last. Five. Pounds. For a total of 30 pounds lost. Hopefully I'll get there by the end of April! (At a half pound a week.) April will actually be my one year anniversary of seriously losing weight, so it kind of comes full circle if I can finish by then
3. Walk proudly into maintenance.14
