When I was going to the gym regularly, I did a short cardio (1/4 mile) as warmup, then circuit training, then finished it off with long cardio (1 mile)

I work 12 hours days, but mainly behind a desk....as a nurse, definitely watch what you eat. the fast food will be tempting but try and stay away....take advantage of your days off. on you work days, try and do some exercise before work...it will take some time to get used to the adjustment, but just keep at it. good luck

it definately more about colrie deficit than anything else. try the free stuff first. coming up with a workout plan is a good idea, but plenty of free stuff out there...if you want, i have a circuit training workout that i follow that has helped out alot the past month and a half. down about 10-15 pounds (together with…

i never did cough to 5k, but my brother did and it worked for him....start slow and build up from there. i like to set a distance, and just increase my speed every few weeks. also heard the interval training is good.

Im with everyone else...eat when your hungry and calorie intake determines weightloss.....as a side note, pretty interesting that…

i think the whole "night out" / "date night" idea has been lost over the past few years....every now and then, my wife and i go to a nice dinner where it calls for something nicer than a sweater/jeans. when we get to the restaurant, we dont see anyone our age (20-30) and if we do, they are wearing plain old…

Love cooking and trying new recipes/foods. I think it adds some excitement to day when you can say that you made something from scratch, and it tastes good. Especially if its something that most people wouldnt even want to try just caus it sounds weird
