I need some extra support right now. I lost 60 pound last year . Now I feel stuck and gained like 10 pounds back and its been hard getting back on track . So here I am back at it and tracking everything today so far. my goal for this year is another 50.

Im doing keto as well and liking it so far. I was on a stuck mode and started keto and now went down 12 pounds and some inches.

Raising your salt and fats/water will help when just starting out because a lot of people go through what they call the Keto flu when lowering there carbs. I would Google Keto flu to get a better understanding.

I am also doing keto and what helped me is I joined some Keto support groups to help me have a better knowledge of the plan.

I would find whatever plan that you like and think you can do daily and be consistence regardless of what the scale is telling you. Also, taking measurements and go by how your clothes are fitting. I was the same for awhile as well. When I changed my mindset from diet to lifestyle change . What a difference- I am loosing weight still but its not a race anymore and knowing that day by day im changing habits. Down 48 pounds since January. Feel free to add me.

I love hummus on just about anything. Its filling only 70 calories for 2 tablespoons which goes along way.

The only advice I can give is log everything you eat no matter what it is. You are human and no one is perfect at this. When you mess up just get back on immediately. I just graduated to the Apple watch and loved the fitbit as well. I like the extra accountability and knowing where i am exercise wise.

Our company that i am with has amazing protein bars with only 2-3 sugars in them. I like having protein bars right before i go to gym it gives me that energy to get it done.

I have been on WW before and definitely support both plans. I know WW also has a simple filling plan which is less of point counting. For me the MFP works better because i Know exactly where I am at. You could log in the MFP and go to WW for the support and would be getting the best of both worlds. :)

Yes, i find myself in the exact position. So i bring work out clothes to work and change at work and go right after. I do 2 nights a week after work and then one Saturday morning and then the other 2 days i do a at home video. This way i am getting variety. My goal is to get more days in at the gym. I have done both plans. You will have to log separate since WW is a point system. So you will just have to log into MFP what you eat and will tell you how many calories you have left. I have found after using MFP its much more suitable with me because i know exactly what i have eaten.

I was not loosing weigh for a few weeks as well. But it finally snapped and down 2 pounds now. If you have not done so i recommend also taking your measurements so you have more than one way to measure your success.
