Hypoglycemia & Keto

Two weeks ago I started Keto. I am hypoglycemic. I bought a ketone meter. My ketone levels show me as being in ketosis. I feel horrid. I raised my carbs a little to curb it. After two weeks, I haven't lost any significant weight and have felt surprisingly bad. Is this just not possible to because of my prior glucose issues, do I need to tweak something and/or have I not given it enough time.

Did you raise your salt when you started keto? Google "keto flu" for more info.
Your post doesn't mention calories or a calorie deficit - how are you knowing how much you eat?
There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings2 -
Have you increased your salts/electrolytes? Reducing carbs will mean you lose a lot of water and your electrolytes will be unbalanced causing you to feel like poo....1

Raising your salt and fats/water will help when just starting out because a lot of people go through what they call the Keto flu when lowering there carbs. I would Google Keto flu to get a better understanding.1

Honestly, it sounds like Keto Flu which is just a catchy way of saying "electrolyte imbalance". Are you drinking enough water and supplementing with salt, magnesium, and potassium? I've been Keto for 3 months and did it for 6 months last year as well. This is my husbands 2nd go 'round and he refuses to supplement, so consequently he's suffered pretty bad with Keto Flu. Don't be like my husband.1

I agree with the others - it sounds like you need sodium.
Most keto'ers need 3000-5000 mg of sodium a day. There's 2300 mg sodium in a teaspoon of salt. I know it sounds like a lot but if you neglect it you may end up with headaches, fatigue, brain fog, nausea, BM issues, moodiness, muscle aches and spasms.
To get that much some eat salt, drink a couple of cups of boullion, drink pickle juice, or make their own salty Mio Keto-ade.
