This will be my 3rd time starting the shred again day, normally get about 2 weeks into it and stop :( I will stick with it this time, you all need to tell me off if i stop! Day 1 yesterday, my calves hurt today which has never happened before so i'm doing something right i hope! I will have to miss out tuesday as i'm out…

My skin feels alot better if i have two litres a day and also don't get as many headaches. I will say it never makes me feel "fuller". x

I'm about 24.7% and i want to get down to about 20/22% and i'd be happy :)

My hobbie is horse riding, but since buying a house can't really afford it anymore :sad: but in my spare time i enjoy having a nice bubble bath and readin a book :smile:

Not really today but i was a test patient for my friend at her college, for this electrical muscle toning thing. I was having it done and the teacher said i had really good, strong leg muscles :) best NSV ever. Was beaming when i came out!

My Bmr is 1444 my tdee is around 1800 I NEVER eat below 1444, i net around 1500-1600 every day and if i excercise i eat them back aswell.

I'm eating at 1550 and still not losing it, burning around 300 when i work out, 3 excercise days 4 rest so i'm not over doing excercise. I'm not trying to thread hog just trying to get a way round it for the both of us as we seem to be in the same stranded boat! :) x

I've always heard not to eat below your BMR, when i was eating below mine i was so moody and snappy so for me personally i eat just above my BMR. Good luck!

Used this hrm a couple of times and I don't know why but when I start the stop watch. It randomly switches to tracking laps. Anyone got any ideas?

Personally i would buy a treadmill just because i know i would use the treadmill more often then say a bike. But it is a personal thing i guess. x

Oh sorry totally misread the question! My fat is set to 56g a day which is about 30% of my daily caloires.

I've heard that you judge it not by the amount in the packet say a 40g bag of crisps but in the 100g section. If its below 3 its low fat and if its above 20g per 100g its high fat. Hope this helps! x
